Our Team
While dressage is often viewed as an individual pursuit, the success of a high-performance athlete—human or equine—is the result of a dedicated and synchronized team. At Mountain Crest Farm, we believe our foundation is built upon the talent and commitment of our staff.
Guided by the European tradition, our program is anchored by a robust team of working students overseen by our longtime manager, Nicole Ardito-Ng. This mentorship model is deeply personal to Olivia; her own career was forged through working student roles from the age of 12 through her 20s. Because of this, we are passionate about cultivating the next generation of equestrians. Our working students gain immersive, hands-on experience in elite farm and horse management, alongside consistent instruction and exposure to the sport’s highest levels. To ensure their growth as riders, every student is provided space for a personal horse, guaranteeing daily time in the saddle and professional development under Olivia’s guidance.

Boomer
Boomer is a rescue from Virginia German Shepherd Rescue. A consummate professional, Boomer takes his role in dressage oversight very seriously. He can be found pretty much wherever Olivia is.
Rocky
Rocky is our perfect German Shepherd from Virginia German Shepherd Rescue. He has a keen eye for dressage and offers insightful advice in exchange for bacon.
Rocky sadly has now passed on but his memory will be with us always. A truly special dog. Loyal, kind, a big bark and an excellent thief. In his life time he probably watched as much dressage as I have in mine. Every ride, ever step this dog was always watching from his corner of the arena, or possibly right in the middle of it.
